Atin Saxena
Founder & CEO, SaVij Integrated Facilities Pvt Ltd
“
With over two decades of experience in facilities, security, and workplace operations with organisations such as Adidas India, GMR, Kingfisher, SpiceJet, and Coca-Cola, I've seen firsthand the challenges created by fragmented facility management — multiple vendors, inconsistent standards, and unclear accountability.
That experience led to the creation of SaVij.
Our approach is simple: bring hard and soft services, security, workplace support, safety, compliance, technology, and procurement together under one integrated system, one standard, and one accountable partner.
My experience in security governance, HSE, statutory compliance, vendor management, and workplace operations has shaped the way we work at SaVij — with discipline, transparency, and ownership.
Whether it is a single corporate facility or a large multi-location portfolio, our focus remains the same: reliable service, strong governance, and accountability for outcomes, not just activities.
I look forward to building lasting partnerships with our clients.
“
With 15+ years of experience in research, strategic analysis, innovation, sustainability, education, and development, I've spent my career focused on technology-driven and sustainable solutions — and on moving organisations beyond routine service delivery toward operations that are smart, measurable, and future-ready.
That perspective is what I bring to SaVij.
My work here centres on integrating research, data, technology, sustainability, and strategic planning into how we deliver facility management — developing technology-enabled solutions, sustainability strategies, data-driven decision-making, and long-term operational improvements for institutions, corporates, and large facility portfolios.
My vision is to help organisations create workplaces that are efficient, resilient, sustainable, technologically enabled, and prepared for the future.
Together with Atin Saxena, I'm committed to building SaVij as a trusted, integrated, and accountable facility management partner.
